After School Camps

To register for After School Camp, please print and fill out the registration form and bring it into the Camp Fire USA office at 414 South Park Street.  Because we are a licensed child care facility, we are required to have the Washington State Immunization form on file.  The Parent Handbook and both forms are located to the right in pdf format.

After School Camps 2008-2009
After School Camps provide a safe, caring and enriching environment for boys and girls attending Walla Walla’s six elementary schools.  The program offers families an affordable alternative to traditional child care during after school hours.  Youth are kept engaged in a wide variety of activities such as:

  • Fitness Fun 
  • Cooking & Nutrition
  • Music & Drama
  • Community Service Projects  
  • Hands-on Math & Science
  • Guest Presentations
  • Homework Time
  • Outdoor Recreation
  • Holiday Celebrations
  • And More!

Dates & Location:  After School Camp begins August 26, 2008 and ends June 10, 2009.  It operates weekdays* from school dismissal to 5:30 p.m. at Berney, Edison, Green Park, Prospect Point and Sharpstein (Blue Ridge kids are bussed to Prospect Point).

Ages:  After School Camps are open to youth in K-5th grades.

*The program does not operate days that school is not in session or lets out early.  On early release Wednesdays, the program will be in session at the regular time.  Please contact your school for programs that are offered directly after school on Wednesdays.
